New and clean. Professional rental management, easy payment. Lack of gutters means we get watered to access the warehouse and large puddles appear in front of the warehouses which could cause infiltration problems during mild spells in winter when the ground is frozen. The keypad at the entrance is not practical because it takes 2 hands to enter the code and hold the door. Finally the motion detector at the exit is poorly aligned, you have to practically stick it in the door for the barrier to open. These are details that will need to be corrected

Place secured by barrier and code system. Brand new installation. Very nice mini-warehouses. Easy access. Very courteous and kind staff on the phone. Obviously willing to help if needed Very satisfied and I highly recommend

The place is new so nothing to say Heated, perfect Maybe just find a solution for the fence next winter... I arrived and often the gate was open without being able to close because of the snow.
